Linux controller for solving automation and monitoring problems: polling sensors, collecting and transmitting data, performing PLC functions in smart home systems.

Replacement of the “constructor” in the form of Raspbery PI + external devices.

The case is made in a laconic modern design that will fit into any interior.

  • The serial console is connected to the MicroUSB power connector.
  • The controller is powered from a stabilized +5 V DC source via a MicroUSB connector. Power consumption is no more than 5W (excluding external consumers connected to USB ports).

Software

  • The controller comes with a pre-installed Armbian Linux operating system.
  • The younger model (1Gb / 8Gb eMMC) is perfect for installing zigbee2mqtt “on-site” or Home Assistant in venv.
  • On the older model (1Gb RAM, 16Gb eMMC) you can install HassOS or Home Assistant supervised with support for the add-on system.
  • You can install any other automation software on the controller that works on Linux: ioBroker, openHAB, Domoticz, MajorDomo and others.

Operation mode

  • Operating temperature: 0..+40 C.

Restrictions

  • To use the device you need to have basic knowledge of Linux (ping, ssh, systemctl, ..).
  • The device is not intended for video processing. Video processing can result in increased load on processor, overheating and breakdown.

Advantages
Идея хорошая. Все в одном корпусе. Хорошая инструкция, быстрая доставка.
Disadvantages
Не хватает ОЗУ, поэтому пылится на полке. Установил пока сервер умного дома на старый ноутбук на базе НА и z2m. По использованию ресурсов вижу, что необходимо 2 гига ОЗУ , а еммс 16 гигов. Но это будет на пределе. Поэтому лучше 4 и 32 гига соответственно. Такой бы я купил по приемлемой цене конечно))
