JetHome Zigbee module ZB3CX v.1 (CC2538+CC2592)

Module based on TI reference design CC2538-CC2592EM-RD< /a> using a TI wireless microcontroller CC2538

The module is intended to work as part of automation devices (controllers, end devices) and, depending on the software installed on the module, can perform various functions.

Distinctive features of the module are the ability to connect via USB interface and increased transmitter power.

Assignment of module pins

The module is made in the format of a unified JetHome wireless module 28 x 18 mm in size with contacts located along the perimeter of the module.

  • Pin 20 (PA7) - used to enter bootloader mode (software dependent)

Module flashing procedure

The cc2538-bsl utility can be used to flash the module (see Firmware for TI modules and sticks CC2538/CC2652 using the cc2538-bsl)

The module must be switched to serial bootloader mode before flashing. To do this, you need to reset the module by holding a low logic level at the input PA7 of the microcontroller (pin 20 of the module). The module is switched back to the operating mode when the module is turned on/rebooted at a high logic level at pin PA7 (pin 20 of the module).

This is true only for firmware recommended for installation (see the "Module software" section).
